Heimish was founded by cosmetic experts with more than 10 years of experience in various fields in the beauty industry that decided to come together to develop a new brand through numerous tests and trials. They showcase skincare and makeup products for natural Korean beauty that is heavily focuses on skin beneficial ingredients. Majority of their makeup is primarily made up of neutral shades for everyday wear. Heimish products are also Vegan & Paraben-Free!

Concept & Packaging :
The entire concept of Heimish is based on the idea of "Growing Your Glow", which is very evident in their branding message. They to me are heavily focused more on clean skincare that is infused with skin loving ingredients and actually don't offer much makeup options/products. But to me, that is really a testament to their philosophy. Same goes to their makeup products, majority is also infused with skincare ingredients and the colour palette for their colour products lean more towards neutral & natural tones for everyday wear.
Packaging wise to me it has a very simple yet sophisticated feel, the packaging uses minimal shapes & muted colours making it very timeless & elegant. Majority of their makeup packaging colour ranges from white, muted pinks but also has touches of rose gold & silver giving the packaging a very elegant sophisticated vibe. Overall, I'm definitely a huge fan of their branding & aesthetics of Heimish, to me they are really solid in their philosophy!

*PR - Moringa Ceramide BB Cream is Heimish's tinted moisturizer that is said to keep the skin hydrated & also protect your skin's moisture barrier while providing coverage with excellent adhesion. The BB Cream contains Moringa Fermented Oil and Eco-Ceramide which is skin purifying & moisturizing. The formula also contains Micro Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide & Adenosine. The BB Cream (Renewal) now comes in brand new x8 shades, with the addition of x2 more deeper shades (N28 & N29).
The Formula of the has a thick cream like texture that is surprisingly lightweight feeling on the skin. The formula has a sheer to solid medium coverage that is easily buildable, blendable & layers well both under & on top of other products. The BB Cream did a great job at evening out my skin tone and the formula builds beautifully without looking cakey but my dark circles for faded acne scars were still slightly visible even after several layers.
The BB Cream has a natural dewy finish that is very very skin like that is not overly dewy but has some natural shine. For me, I would still have to set this foundation with powder because even after sometime the formula doesn't set leaving a tacky feeling.
As for Wear time, this BB Cream still looked good even after 6-7 hours with no touch ups however my oils did manage to seep through but only a tiny bit. The formula manage to stayed in place throughout the day, and even after abit of my oils seep through the BB Cream still adhered to my skin very well.
The formula in my opinion work best with brush application. I recommend using a dense brush for best coverage but also best spreadability. I find that by using a sponge, you not only lose coverage but because the product is thick in consistency it doesn't spread as well & more product is used/needed.
Overall, I'm impressed by the formula especially the finish and wear-time, I think it's a solid BB Cream that to me would work for both dry & oily skin types. Definitely a formula that I recommend & love! I also would like to commend Heimish for expanding their shade range to cater for more deeper skin tones!

*PR - Multi BB Cream Brush (ToolToolB) is the brush that came along with the Heimish BB Cream and is by ToolToolB which is a Korean Beauty Tool Producer/Manufacturer that create good quality makeup brushes.
The Multi BB Cream Brush is a synthetic fiber with a dome shape, the bristles are not very dense or tightly packed together like other buffing/foundation brushes I own which I find makes it's much easier to clean in long run. The brush picks up and disperses product really well, the bristles are super soft, that helps glide & blend the product beautifully. Overall, a very good blending brush that I find not only works well for foundation but base type complexion products like cream blush, bronzer & contour as well!
Overall, I'm really impressed by the BB Cream, it has solid formulation that I think can work well for various skin type & concerns. I've been using this BB cream for about a week and I've fallen in love with it especially the natural skin like finish along with the performance. For a dewy/moisturizing BB Cream it wore beautifully throughout the day and even after some of my oils seeping through, it didn't look greasy or sweaty! Definitely recommend!
